Atkins ice cream

This low carb ice cream recipe is something I came across on Facebook.  The sweet soul who shared it referred to it as the Atkins Ice Cream, so I assume that she got it from an Atkins recipe book.  The ice cream is a no carb-no sugarprovided you make use heavy whipping cream.  Heavy whipping cream has trace carbs of no more than 0.4g of carbs.  The recommended brand is the Land O Lakes brand.
